Most orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. You will be contacted by email or phone if it will take any additional time.

If you need your order expedited please contact us as soon as possible so that we may assist you in your specific needs.

Refund and Returns Policies:

RETURNS: There is a 10 day return policy on MOST items upon receiving your order (This excludes custom cut boards, there are no returns on any cut sizes). Returns cannot be accepted if the the product is in unsellable condition. For accepted returns there will be a 20% restocking charge and freight charges are non-refundable. An authorization from a representative is required before shipping the order back to us.

DAMAGED PRODUCT: (a) In the event your item(s) are damaged during shipment please email photos to so we may issue a claim with the shipping company. Please check your package for damage BEFORE signing. (b) Should a delivery be refused, return freight costs incurred may be your responsibility. It will be your responsibility to contact us as soon as possible regarding these matters.

SHIPPING: The type of shipping service(s) used is determined by several factors. Some products are too large to be shipped using a standard ground service. Foamcore Heaven will always try to keep the cost of shipping as low as possible without compromising the integrity of the merchandise. If it is necessary to use a higher shipping category which could effect the the cost, you will be contacted. If we have been unable make contact before the stated 15 day time period, we reserve the right to ship the order in what manner is deemed necessary, so there is no default or compromise of the terms of fulfillment*.

Q: How do I check the status of my order?

A: At any time you may contact us by email or phone for shipment and tracking information.

Q: How do I know if a package will be shipped using "ground" services or if it will require a "freight" shipment?

A: Items that are larger than 32 x 40 are too large to be shipped UPS and will be shipped by truck.

Truck ALL orders with packages 40" x 60" or larger must ship by truck, select "Truck Shipment" at checkout. Truck shipments are dock to dock. Inside delivery is an extra charge. Shipping rates are calculated for the contiguous United States. If you are outside of this area, please call for an accurate shipping quote.
