Cuts up to five sheets. Features a patented removable X-ActoŽ hardened steel blade cartridge and rotary blade action. Safety cutting edge is only exposed when blade is engaged. Also features an aluminum rail for smooth cutting, and English and metric grids on a non-skid, 6" base.
